DEPRECATED. See:https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2429919
21/04/2017 - I have uploaded a reworked version fixing some issues. It should work, but I can not test it, as I no longer have a working hybrid head. If you try this design and it works. Thanks.
Aelos is a case for the FABtotum hybrid head PCB.
You must own such a hybrid head (or maybe alternatively a V2 Milling head, you will have to check as I do not own one). It is possible that you can buy one second hand, as many people don't mill and print quality is not hybrid heads strongest point. Post in the forum.
If you remove the extruder from the hybrid head:https://github.com/Opentotum/Opentotum/wiki/hybrid-head-v1-extruder-removal
now you have some space for dust extraction.
This head is designed to accommodate a 24 mm diameter pipe. My best match is a washing machine dirty water pipe like this one:

Both end connectors are not the same size. Only one fits in "Aeolos".
For my very reduced trials so far, the other end fits a Dyson v6 absolute (without any v6 accessory mounted). I plan to design a different solution.
Why is this a thing in progress?
Well my flex cable has degraded further and now I do not have 24 V in the carriage anymore. I simply cannot mill and I cannot test it with the milling motor on
