One Galleria Tower was built in 1982 at a height of 331ft with 25 floors of class A office space located on the eastern portion of Galleria Dallas, a 1.7m sq ft upscale mall encompassing an ice skating rink, over 200 boutique stores, 9 anchors, and a 22 floor Westin luxury hotel. One Galleria Tower is one of the tallest buildings outside of downtown Dallas and has a similar 'twin' to its north, which is also attached to Galleria Dallas. Situated on a 45-acre site at the northeast corner of LBJ Freeway and The Dallas North Tollway, the Galleria Office Towers have excellent skyline visibility, are readily accessible from any direction, and are within minutes of both DFW International Airport and Love Field. The city’s most upscale neighborhoods, including the Park Cities and Preston Hollow, are directly south of the property. Rapidly growing suburbs, including Plano and Frisco can be accessed by the President George Bush Turnpike, State Highway 121 and other nearby major thoroughfares.
