I did this for my loved mom. She liked this color and use this to store her things. Definitely she loves this thing, don't ask. But also: My old toothpick holder crashed in an accident. It was nice but time to renew design. I designed this simple holder a bit more robust than the old I had. Let's hope this time it could resist the accidents... Anyway I also added a nice top just in case I end using it to store other things. I am pleased with the final result. Scale it to your will...
(UPDATE 1-JUN-2016): Adjusted top part tolerance to make a better fit.
