Your chance to be part of the NWU Solar Challenge team, simply print as many of these as you can/want and send them to us. If your prints reach us in time your parts will be used in the NWU solar car taking part in the Bridgestone Solar Challenge in Australia.
See: the NWU Solar car webpage for more details.

Instructions for print:
Print the parts as oriented within the STL files
Parts have to be printed using ABS, PC or Nylon
Print using supports
Raft or Raftless printing possible
Print using layer heights of 0.1 or 0.2 or 0.25
Each complete battery holder (2 clips and 2 holders) weighs only 6.5g
To produce a complete battery pack containing 13 cells you would need to print
26x clips
26x holders
4x optional print file
(Edit also added Cross_conn_rev8, Duel_conn_rev5 and Single_conn_rev5 these files are used to fix stacked battery packs to each other - these do require some tuning of your print settings, specifically the extrusion multiplier - you should be able to fit the connector by hand but the fit should be snug enough that the battery pack does not fall off when you lift the pack on this connector)
Or you could use the "Advanced user - xxx" files
The battery packs are stackable in two directions as shown in the attached picture.
Happy printing
