New Renault4! Old love in new vestiture. New design for new age.

This was my submission to Renault's competition "RENAULT 4 ever" on designboom(R).

Matching points with old R4 are variety on one chassis and practicality of boxy design with large tailgate. Recicled aluminium lightweight chassis takes all load and makes possible bodywork variety. Biodegradable bolton body panels made of hemp bioplastic reduces repair costs. Interior upholstery is made of biodegradable hemp cloth. All plastic is hemp bioplastic. Dashboard is digital, all vehicle systems are operated by central touch screen. At vehicle startup smile formed touch screen shows smiling mouth and subliminally makes driver and pasengers to feel better. New airstream design combined with lightweight chassis and bodywork makes better fuel economy. New R4 with fuel cell will use compressed hydrogen as fuel. Only emission will be H2O. Why this technology? Because is most alike to use of todays car. You fill up your tank in 5 minutes and drive further.
