The idea behind my design comes from being a CNC Programmer and machinist. Notice the side panels are 3/8 thick aluminum plate with kind of an isogrid cut into them for weight reduction. Also notice it is assembled with 10-32 socket head cap screws. I realize this would be a very expensive fabrication method, however, I also realize you are not selling cheap computer systems, and your target market is narrowed to engineers, designers, and cnc programmers. I feel this design (which is open to variation, such as the boxx logo machined into it in place of the iso grid) would be the ultimate aesthetic addition to my cnc programming office.
Not shown in my cad file, but i suggest sealing the unit with rubber o-ring all except a vent in the back side, preferably with a small awining type cover above it, to prevent dust and moisture from entering the unit.
Also, notice that I have drawn half of the usb ports on the front of the unit, as a programmer I find myself needing quick access to these ports on a regular basis.
