This is a Remix to make printing easier/faster on larger machines.
Everything should fit on an Ender 3 or similar sized printer.
combined 43 parts down to just 11
remade the frontpanel so a common powerbutton can be used
removed most now unnecessary screwholes in combined parts
fixed thousands of facette and mesh errors
fixed a small clearance issue
If you cant fit side_right or side_left on your bed, just print the following parts:
side_right_combined = side_right_half-up + side_right_half-down
side_left_combined = side_left_half-up + side_left_half-down
Use front_panel_combined if you want a "real" powerbutton with an LED like the one listed below
Use front_panel_combined_old-switch + old-switch_combined if you want the original aesthetic.
Highly recommended to go with my Remix, since there is no link to the switch used in the original version
Things might change while I'am printing the parts for the first time, so I suggest to not download the files yet!
Additional Stuff
This is the board the original creator is using:
ASUS AT4NM10T-I --https://s.click.aliexpress.com/e/_AOLBg3
Intel Atom D425 - 1 core @ 1,80Ghz from 2010
And while it is very cheap, if you plan on using a Web-UI like OpenMediaVault I recommend going with an ASUS K30AM-J1852A1 -- https://s.click.aliexpress.com/e/_AmXGrN
Intel Celeron J1800 - 2 cores @ 2,40Ghz from 2013
If you want to use 4 drives, add this PCIe - SATA card and choose the version without extra cables:https://www.aliexpress.com/item/4000465602170.html
You will also need 4 of these SATA/Molex combo cables, 40cm should be fine:https://s.click.aliexpress.com/e/_AgeARl
And a powersupply like this:https://www.aliexpress.com/item/32963066978.html
Since the PSU has not enough Molex connectors, you also need 2 adapters:https://s.click.aliexpress.com/e/_9vcNzh
Powerbutton (16mm) used for front_panel_combined:https://s.click.aliexpress.com/e/_Amv0Yj
Alternative Powerbutton used for old-switch version (not recommended, untested):https://s.click.aliexpress.com/e/_A05MxD
If you are feeling extra fancy, add some rubber feets or pads:https://s.click.aliexpress.com/e/_9wzXGT -- 18x15x8mmhttps://s.click.aliexpress.com/e/_Al4uKT
Other things you will need:
-> SO-DIMM DDR3 -- J1800 can support up to 8GB, go with at least 1x 4GB, buy 2x 4GB if possible
-> plenty M3x14 Bolts -- didnt count, buy 50 and you should be good to go
->120mm PC Fan -- the linked ASUS K30AM-J1852A1 support 4-Pin PWM
-> 12 magnets sized 5mm x 3mm
Print Time
Original Prusa MK3S -- 0,3mm -- 5 - 10% Infill -- Support if necessary
