I wanted to low cost gigabit switch inside of my CNC controls cabinet. I bought a Netgear GS105 and then set forth to design a mount in which I could have the ports presented out from the back plate of the enclosure and use the least amount of horizontal space on my din rail.
It's designed for 35mm din rail. There are (2) holes on on each side for routing a power cable to the switch, I did this just to give myself a place to retain the wire as it's routed into my raceway. Then there are (2) square holes that give access to the din rail (screw driver) tabs to release them from the din rail.
I printed at 0.2mm layer height although 0.12 would have probably been better, I didn't want to wait that long. Regardless, I used 0.2 and it worked out for me.
I laid this down on the bed in the slicer and didn't use supports as though you could. I used PLA+.
The din rail clip design I incorporated within this is thanks to: marauder156
