Neotraditional urban apartment / condominium / co-op building

My biggest model to date -- a 3 1/2 story, 12 unit multi-family apartment or condominium building. This building can fit in comfortably on an urban infill lot, in a new urbanism or traditional neighborhood development, or in a suburban complex. This building has 12 housing units, all having two bedrooms with walk-in closets, two bathrooms (one en-suite/master bath), a laundry/utility room, and a desk/nook area. Ground floor units have larger living rooms, while upper floor units have walk-out patios. All units are accessible from common interior hallways; there's no exterior or open stairs or gangways. (I should have put in entry vestibules, but it's kind of late now.) The architectural style is more traditional, rather than contemporary, modern, or (cue the European techno music) casa moderna. This should make it more NIMBY-resistant than the blocky 'slot house' style that's so common in gentrifying American neighborhoods. Frame construction with brick veneer, front and rear entrances, 7:12 roof pitch and 16' (40 cm) overhang. Four-sided design, with plenty of windows for abundant natural light. There's also a full basement, and stairs up to a rough attic -- more places for residents to store their seasonal stuff. This model is meant for form-based zoning code illustration. (Apartment building or lot type.) To keep things simple, interior detail work is limited to floors, walls, doorways, ceilings, stairwells, and stairs. All exterior elevations are detailed.
