NASA CLAMP Klingon V1

I set out to design a clamp that could be pressed together but it ended up as one that slides together, an earlier version had a third part which was a locking clip to stop it seperating or sliding, but ideally that needs to be incorporated into one of these parts, so more refinement needed.
I've posted the earlier version with the clip so you can see how it evolved, the clip & its recess where not final, but you can see the intent.
Initially the internal grooves where just square in section, but i've experimented with round(like a jigsaw) & sloping sides (rachet), a number of permutations could be produced
it might be a little on the large side but figure it needs to be if it is to have any strength. Model to follow (though i've never had much luck with Stl files.
after reading the guidelines I have rounded a few of the sharper edges.
