Outer rack mounted on chamber wall.
CTB on outer rack are 1CTB, 3CTB,or 4CTB, to maximum wall-mounted space utilization to increase packing density.

Inner rack rolling along the center axis, drove by servo motor, with one side opened to access CTB on outer rack.
CTB on inner rack are 1CTB and 6CTB.
Most of 1CTB been placed on inner rack for frequent easy access.
6CTB been placed exclusively on inner rack to avoid hauling heavy items.

The content of CTB on the outer racks should be arranged by mission schedule to reduce the need of long-rolling.

With rolling inner rack, all CTB can be accessed without need to relocate CTB to create pathway.

Volume:
1CTB: 66 inner rack, 39 outer rack
3CTB: 40 outer rack
4CTB: 32 outer rack
6CTB: 19 inner rack

Total volume: 460 CTBs

Inner rack: 1CTB * 66 + 6CTB * 19
Outer rack: 3CTB * 40 + 4CTB * 32

As rolling inner rack's opening is full length long, it's possible to add additional side-sliding sub-rack to further increase volume, by trading off the ease-of-access.
