A very simple scooper. As the drum rotates regolith is scooped up. Once the regolith is in the bucket it is transferred to an internal swirl which moves the regolith to the center of the drum. Once the Drum is full and ready to dump it is reversed. The internal swirl moves the regolith back out through the scoop buckets.
