Printed original model, worked great, it took about 17 minutes to finish one.
Re-designed shape and thickness for faster print speeds and now this new model only takes about 4 minutes to finish one at the same printer settings.
This version has some flexibility with the thickness now, and is surprisingly strong.
Added radii around entire part to eliminate the sharp edges of the original part.
I bend tested one and it took quite a bit of force to actually snap it in half.
I was able to fit 39 pieces on my Anet A8 and it's estimated to run 2 hours 43 minutes with no issues so far.
I will be printing these pretty much until I run out of filament and donating them to my local hospitals, friends and families who work in the medical field.
