N Scale Boxcar

This is an N scale boxcar that I have designed . The frame was designed after one I found on here but has had some changes made to it. For instance I have created a wheel bearing to mount the trucks on. They were designed to fit the Bachmann N scale trucks. Other trucks may need to be modified.
Assembly is as follows. Attach the ends to the base first, lining up and centering the lip on the end of the base with the center bottom of the ends. From there you can glue on the sides and line them up with the ends to make the boxcar square.
Attach the roof next. Just make sure if you want to hot glue some weight inside the boxcar do that before attaching the roof.
You can now either print and use the provided truck pins to attach the trucks to the frame or use what came with the trucks your are using. I made the tolerances for the truck pins and the frame very tight. You may need to use a pin vice or something similar to open up the mounting holes.
Now attach the frame to the bottom of the boxcar and it is all done.
I usually build up the base, ends, and sides then paint them as one unit. Paint the roof and frame separately.
Have fun and post pics. I would love to see how others are finishing the boxcar.
