This timber frame is composed of three frames. The main frame features 4 two-stories High-Posted Cape bents with a 30' span and a 3' knee-wall height in the attic. This frame has a total of 3 bays. The first and the last bay are spaced 16' on center while the center bay is spaced 13' on center. The first floor features an entry which is adjacent to the living room and a den/study. The stairs are L-shaped and are located behind the kitchen. The dining room is open to the kitchen and the great room. The dining room has a set of French doors that lead to the back patio. The second floor has the master bedroom as well as two additional bedrooms that share a full bathroom located in back of the center bay. There is also a large storage area enclosing the second floor stairs. The attic includes another large bedroom with its own bathroom and two additional rooms shown as a bedroom and an exercise room that share a full bath. The front of the center bays in the second and attic floor have both a large sitting area. The second frame features 4 High-Posted Cape bents with a 27' span that serves as a 3-car garage with a one bedroom apartment above. The third frame is an addition connected to the center bay of the second frame and serves as the mud room, laundry room, and half-bath.
