MSX XT6 Atacama 3.0 TDI (XG40)

The MSX XT6 Atacama is a 3 door mid sized SUV based on the ITC C10, with a restyled front end to resemble 1970s MSX 4WDs and the current XC8. It has part time 4WD wilth low range and part monocoque (engine, gearbox, lower front wishbones) part ladder frame (rear suspension, rest of front suspension) construction. The engine is a 3.0l turbo diesel inline 6 with167kW@4000rpm and 524Nm@2100rpm. The transmission is a 6 speed manual with a low range transfer case for part time 4WD. The front suspension is a double A-Arm design like all MSX and most ITC 4WDs, but instead of the leaf spring rear setup used in all other MSX/ITC off road 4WDs (crossover SUVs have IRS) this has a 4 link with coil springs. The dashboard started out the same as the one in the L150, but has since been completely remodelled for this car. It gets climate control, 6 disc CD player, iPod, 80GB HDD, bluetooth and 7 airbags.
