MSX ST2 Stelvio (C50)

This is the new coupe only C50 series ST2 Stelvio. It replaces the hatch based C41 ST2 coupe, and by adopting a unique body design it goes from being a low roof two door hot hatch to a proper sports car to rival the likes of the Toyota GT86, Subaru BRZ and Mazda MX-5. The base model has a 1.6 litre turbo 4 cylinder with 136kW(182hp) and 260Nm (192 ft lb) with a six speed manual (no auto will be offered at this stage) and RWD. It's also got climate control, CD player, 7 airbags, TC, DSC, digital radio, iPod, bluetooth ad alloy wheels. The Stelvio S adds more power, leather seats and sat nav. It's based on the same platform as the MSX ST2 Tourer and ISO Barrace, a platform designed with low cost high performance in mind, and so the Stelvio will cost about as much as the equivilent hatchback and has room for a V8 up to 6.0 litres.
