Motorcycle keychain with spinning wheels.
The body and the wheels are printed separately and then plugged together.
The wheels can be printed as a full part or as rim and tyre separately. The rim is pressed into the tyre. It is designed to be a tight press fit, so it should not slide in easily. You can use a hammer or just step onto the wheel. You can regulate the size by printing it a bit smaller or larger (1-2%).
If printed in two parts the whole wheel looks better because the rubber part can be black while the rim can have every colour you like. You can also give the body a third colour…
The two wheels should spin freely on the body. If not, clean the parts from imperfections with a cutter or sand it a bit.
The pin to fix the wheels reasonably has a press fit and should not move out if pressed inside. You can regulate the size by printing it a bit smaller or larger (1-2%).
There is also a simpler version of the body available which I designed first (body_simple.stl). The body.stl file has more details and a sportier look.
The key ring has to be stuck in the rear end of the body.
All parts were printed on my Ender-3 in PLA with relatively low speeds (40mm/s) and 0.15mm layerheight.
