Motor Driven 1/15th Ton Jack Screw
This is a jack screw driven by a 24vdc gear motor. Its capable of picking up roughly 150 to 200lbs with the DC gear motor specified below.
This thing only contains the parts required to adapt a gearmotor to the jack screw. The files to build the jack screw and the motor controller can be found at the links below.

Required Components:
DC GearMotor
Any motor under 3amps will work but I used this one
