This is currently a work in progress. I don't guarantee all the parts will fit together, or look good when printed. Updates as I tweak it.
This project contains interlocking hexagonal frames (with no hexes --- you supply those), which have insets for roads and settlements. The sizes of the frames are customizable, so they can be scaled to fit different sizes of board and pieces. You can also use any of a number of different shapes for the interlocks, or design your own.
The coastline is also equipped with interlocks to connect to the hexes (but not to each other --- they're just too narrow at the ends), and insets for ports and player pieces. For ease of printing, two different sizes of coastline segments are included; for the standard 3- or 4-player game, three copies of the "seaway" model can be printed if your bed is big enough, or three copies of each of "seaway-1", "seaway-2", and "seaway-3".
The port() module in the SCAD source is just the trapezoidal base to fit in the inset; the "port.scad" model expands on this to print actual ports. The images included are slightly tweaked versions of the die faces from the Catan dice game; obviously, feel free to customize.
