Story goes that meowscular chef once was commisioned to kill nergigante and broke his sword in the heat of battle...i couldnt help but make it for myself since GameStop did not have anything related to objects in the game...there is a trinket made of some fabric, i figure id leave some out for the immagination...look at the photo and make a trinket from fabric to resemble that orange trinket the bell is looped into...there is a washer included with the bell file, i personaly did not print that hex like nut, its in the file if you choose to print it, its supposed to be the nut holding the fabric trinket...;)
I designed this from game photos i took. i included all files needed to ease most of the work involved with printing. ther is a file with the two piece sword, one is the handle standing straight upright and the other is the actual blade with two support columbs one each side 1/3 of the way up the blade to support the angle at witch it is printed. i also included file for the bell at the end of the handle of the sword, its a 2 piece bell witch should be printed and cured...then finalized by placing together dabbing a little bit of resin onto the sides of the orb and hitting it with the UV light to cure into one piece...do the same for the sword, place the bbottom oof the blade into the handle cutout space witch is about .3mm whider in all directions to accomodate any tolarances...the version i printed is the hole sword 1 piece witch is also included....but be mindfull that with the hole sword you are going to need to set up supports all the way to the bottom of the loop at the end of the sword. I print the sword on the broken flat edge of the sword.
I also included all files so you can set up your own print setting in chitubox and cura if you want to print it there as well... i have not printed this in my FDM printer because i do not have any PLA right as of now...i will leave that to you all.

UPDATE: added the sword in half for a time saving print, as opposed to the sword standing in half takes 5 hours and standing hole takes from 10 hours to 28 hours for 20 micron...hence the name timesaverprint. I also added a bell with half ring on each side for better two pice bell print, with extra ring for trinket(you make orange trinket from fabrik, use ur immagination)
