NOTE: May only be compatible with Micro Swiss heat sinks.
This is revision 4 of a Monoprice Ultimate (Wanhao D6) vent plate. It uses a 4020 blower fan to blow air directly on plastics to help with print quality and bridging. The concept behind this design is to reduce sagging, decrease footprint and increase stability. There is an increase of 10mm on the right side of the mounting holes. Take this into account if building models that require more build plate surface.

To assemble and attach the blower you will need.
1@ 4020 24v blower fan (may need to extend wires)
6@ M3x18mm hex bolts
3@ M3 hex nuts
The mounting holes are a tight fit. Hex nuts will need to be press fit into place. First install the hex nuts. Attach the vent plate to the heatsink. Lastly attach the blower motor to the mount.
I have also included my bridge test STL which tests the vent plate at 25mm/50mm/75mm distances. at 25mm sag is nearly unnoticeable. At 50mm very slight. 75mm more noticable but still bridges very well. The included video shows PLA printing at 65mm/s. Slower speed may yield better results.
NOTE: The included photos are of the final test print using PLA. I would highly recommend ABS if able.
