Mosquito and clone hotend carriage adapter, fan mount, fan ducts and sensor mount for the Monoprice MP10 and mini variant.
This is designed to bolt directly to the carriage without the magnets but can be used with the magnetic hotend plate if you drill two holes in the plate where the hotend mounts. All three magnet mount holes are included for this purpose.
The sensor is easily taken out of the stock housing, placed into the new housing, and bolted to the back of the carriage adapter.
Standard 2mm and 2.5mm screws will be needed.
IMPORTANT
Probe offsets need to be modified and Y asix switch moved to compensate or you run the risk of printing out of bounds or hitting your nozzle into the bed when probing the levelling mesh.
Printing:
If you can print at .16 I'd suggest you use that for the two sensor housing parts due to the small detail within the area but .2mm layer height or lower for the rest.
4 Walls and 4 Top/Bottom with 10 percent infill
Support only needed for the small bridge at the base of the fan ducts
PETG or ABS/ASA is recommended due to the proximity of the ducts to the heat block, especially if you plan on using an enclosure. If you can print PLA you should have no issue printing PETG with more retraction, more heat, and slower movements.
To print the left-hand duct just mirror the right.
