This a Monolithic Core Suppressor designed for .223/5.56 (or any .22 caliber projectile). This has not been tested yetThis is for educational purposes only. Do not use this if it is not registered with the ATF as a suppressor under the NFA.
The core fits a standard 1/2-28 thread protector from amazon. This should be glued into the end of the core with the wider hole in the end. Once all the supports are removed, apply glue to the edges of the core and put the cover over it. It should be snug. I have heard that Loctite superglue works best for welding 3D printed parts but i'm sure any high strength glue will work just fine.
Thread protector for the end of the suppressor where the barrel attaches: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B009PCCES0/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1
