3D printed PVA parts to be used for molding a swirling unit, creating Vortex water. To restructure the water molecules and thus vitalizing the water? Is it actually working? I don't know but there´s lots of info out there claiming so. I designed this molded nozzle to raise the awareness for our urgent need for pure water on this planet. If this design works... great fun! If you start thinking about how you can contribute in some way... OUTSTANDING :-)
This design is based on https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:894682 (see included videos) but I did not yet test this molded version in real life, will you beat me to it?
The idea is to print the body and hose connector in PVA (PVA will dissolve in water thus creating the cavity after molding), perhaps it´s needed to spray paint the parts before molding in concrete due to the high water content. I guess you could mold with different materials like plastic etc but why not include this design (or several of them) in your concrete garden pond project?
Different hose connectors will be added when demanded, now 13mm(1/2"), 19mm(3/4") and 25,4mm(1") hose connectors are included.
Press-fit the hose connector into the body (use outer shell if wanted), add the hose, mold it all together and then dissolve the PVA... You could use some hobby clay or something to make the transition from the hose connector to the body smoother.
In the top you can find holes to be used for screwing it onto a plank or board (fixation during molding) or in the shell part.
The center hole is only a vent to make it easier to mold when not using the shell, you can brake off the pin created after molding.
The information collected here is for educational and entertainment purposes only. It is not

I was inspired by the work of many inventors and researchers like for instance:
Viktor Schauberger https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Viktor_Schauberger
Johann Grander https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Johann_Grander
Why did it get my attention? Well lots of people claim that the water structure is very important. Like for instance: http://www.fractalfield.com/implodermagneticresearch/LukaszImploderResults.jpghttp://stud.epsilon.slu.se/5243/1/vagnell_m_130130.pdfhttp://www.life-sources.com/pdf/lsi_magnetized.pdfhttp://www.fractalfield.com/implodermagneticresearch/AustraliaImploderResult35percent.pdf
Also included some interesting youtube videos below.
So I designed this vortex nozzle to be 3D printed and molded... Now anyone can download and test if the alleged benefits of "living water" are true or not... (if this design is working that is...)
I´m the first one to admit I do know very little of how everything truly works. Also a true scientist will say that the "truth of today" is merely a matrix of theses hopefully reflecting the truth but they need to be questioned to be able to dig deeper, if that was not the case the development would come to a full stop and everything would be based on assumptions and belief...
ASSUME = "To accept something to be true without question or proof"
Urban version: "Do you know what ASSUME means? It makes an 'ASS' out of 'U' and 'ME'..."
BELIEF = "the feeling of being certain that something exists or is true" or "something that you believe"
Also possible to add magnets to test restructuring of the water. Perhaps water "remembers" toxins etc and acts like it still is in the water even if filtered out by carbon filters etc. Imagine what that does to the drinking water that circulates back to the tap from the sewers.
Magnets might restructure (reset) the "water molecule clusters" since the H2O molecule has a negative and a positive side. Lots of people are doing research and it looks like the industry successfully uses water treatment that suggests that it´s a fact...
(I will test these magnets: http://www.magnordic.se/shop/gummi-magneter-17x9-7624p.html )
"Only water that has been exposed to the North pole energy should be used for human or animal consumption."
"When used on plants, the South pole exposed water will stimulate them to develop and grow at an accelerated rate."
"The Russians began using magnetized water in their hospitals many years ago. ...they used bipolar water, water that had been exposed to both the North and South poles of a magnet..." "Although bipolar magnetized water has its uses, it should not be consumed by humans or animals."

Use the files in any way you like :)
Due to the nature of 3D printing / material used etc... Keep in mind that you use my designs on your own risk and that I in no way is responsible for any damage och injuries.
If you'd like... Please also check out my unique UV-stable, flexible and conductive filament called ETPU 95-250 Carbon Black filament.
Don´t need the conductivity? Well the conductivity is great for some things but perhaps not your first choice? Then consider this:
This filament will give you some really nice benefits if the conductivity is not an disadvantage for your 3D printed design:
•The material composition eliminates “stringing / webbing” issues.
•The hardness of 95 shore A and the carbon black filler makes for great print abilities.
•The carbon black filler is an excellent UV stabilizer thus the prints are built to last in very harsh environments.
•The matte black surface finish has a very exclusive look.
•The material feels very nice and dry to touch.
•It´s not too stretchy and will do great for timing belts etc.
