I modified Intentional3D's Hedron D10 design to print in ten parts, so that they can easily be printed in multiple colors using a single-extruder FDM printer, just by pausing and swapping filament rolls.
Supports
Supports will probably be necessary for printing the detailed areas behind the numbers. If you use these Cura settings, the support should generate as a thin surface cover that can easily be scraped off:

Layer Height
0.1mm
Support Placement
Touching Buildplate
Support Wall Line Count

Support Density
15%
Support Top Distance

Minimum Support Area

Assembly
It takes quite a bit of force to get the segments to fit together, but once you do the connection should be very sturdy. It helps to put together and pry apart the individual segment pairs before you assemble it completely, or file down the connecting pegs a bit if they really don't want to fit.
