I came up with and idea, making a printer friendly modular garage.
This garage could me modular so I could only print some part and my kids could build what they want with it.
All module could be added with interior/exterior wall, windows, door, stair, bathroom, kitchen, etc... ! To build the "perfect" garage/home and change the configuration as needed !

I made some parts, just to give the idea and home people will work / improve it. I didn't try to print anything yet. I'll try to make more things when I'll have a little more time! :)
