Modular 3D Kits: Deep Mine

Deep Mine is another massive 3D kit for building full scenes, or entire complexes. This time with a huge mine set consisting of almost 90 pieces. You get Hallways, crossways, collapsed tunnels, shafts, connectors, and a multitude of tools and items, emissive lanterns for already lit tunnels, with and without railways, all within a few mouse clicks of the ultimate mining experience! Everything is made with PBR materials and textures (color, height, roughness textures) with high, crisp 4K textures. Everything is high in detail, with unique textures (no visible tiling anywhere even where tiles are used), and even small rocks and pebbles scattered around everywhere.



Due to that the tunnels use tiling textures to retain resolution, transition pieces are provided to glue the entrances together (and to provide a connection between narrow and big tunnels), and also to mask the texture seams that may appear at the tunnel opening due to tiling. All the tunnels have the left and right walls and the floors set as separate materials. Using the included hide material preset, you can hide any selected wall side or floor, in order to move the camera in more easily, or to provide extra light from something like an HDRI sphere.



All the tunnels come with and without railways! So it is up to you if you want to create a railroad network under ground, or create a mine travelled by foot.



A lantern in several configurations is included, for wall hanging, ceiling hanging or to be placed on the ground. For the big tunnels some strands are also included for faster placement. The lanterns are emissive, both for Poser Superfly and Daz Studio IRAY, which means they cast light by themselves. No need for tedious placement of point lights, unless you want to add more detail lighting yourself, of course.



Due to the big size of the kit, no preload scene is included, because the pieces themselves are in practive preloads. You can create an entire scene with just one tunnel.

This product is fully optimized for both Daz Studio with IRAY and Poser with Superfly! A folder with normal maps is also included if you prefer that. They will have to be loaded manually.
