This project got inspired from:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c--5c3Egv4E
You can see most of the electronics/optics-like materials in the description of the video.
The button is like those- (Suitable for the shafts in the holder)https://www.ebay.com/itm/5-X-Car-12V-ON-OFF-Round-Rocker-Boat-Toggle-Switch-Push-Button-Black/372086260952?epid=860674481&hash=item56a211c4d8:g:uqkAAOSw0ThZoNJc
The project designed using sketchup.
The parts:
generic slice - a base part of the structure.front slice - like the generic, but also contains screw shafts for the led & heat-sink.handler pole - a holder for the casingsupporters:
A supporter/connector is connecting two slices (generic/front)12cm - a supporter with 12cm length (slice to slice, not from the pins)5cm - with 5cm length
the 'w' letter is for "with" - with support for voltage booster (like the one in the link in the video).
Assembly:
Well, this is a modular design, so practically you may assemble it as you like.
My assembly;
I printed:
1 - front_slice
2 - generic slices
5 - 12cm supporters
4 - 5cm supporters
1 - 5cm "w" supporter
1 - handler pole
all with 50% infill
I connected the supporters in a pentagon like shape, alternately (see in pictures).
I connected the 5cm w supporter in the lower-middle-back side for the voltage booster.
I used M6x20mm screws to reinforce the whole structure.
The holder connected with 4 zip-ties (4.8mm width) to two 5cm supporters.
You may print/alter/distribute/ask-me-a-question.
You may not sell it or do any commerce with it.
I do not take any responsibillity for anything caused by this design/description.
Use on your own responsibility.
Enjoy!
