Seemed like the blade holders were a lot bulkier than they needed to be. To save on time and plastic I opened up the middle to thin it out and tapered it towards the tip. with 15% infill, 0.8 shell, and 1.2 top/bottom layers my estimated weight went from 20 Grams down to 9 grams and print time cut in half. on the original and this version I need to scale up 4% to fit my walmart vertical blinds.
