I have made some modifications to my Prusa MK2.
Z-axis stabilizer
Smaller PSU on the backside of the printer (otherwise the stabilizer wouldn't fit)
Cover for the print bed connector
Fork-Spool Holder and spool kernels
More stabil Y-idler
More stabil y-motor holder with better Y belt geometry (Motor is lifted as far as possible)
You have to replace the original Prusa rods by new ones with a length of 305mm.
The stabilizer rods have a length of 365mm.
The PSU can be found athttp://www.ebay.de/itm/18W-360W-DC12-24V-Trafo-Transformator-Netzteil-Treiber-Driver-LED-Streifen-IP20-/351742218326?var=&hash=item51e5785056:m:mUgv3IfQDYrvwr6Qx4uPPkw
I'm using the 360W version with fan. The fan can be replaced by a more silent version (e.g. Noiseblocker BlackSilent Fan XS1 50mm Lüfter ITR-XS-1)
The PSU air diverter prevents the air from the PSU to cool down the print bed!
... more info to come.
