A training example of the task of studying and identifying individual characteristics of a pendulum vibration motor. The idea of an attraction is considered, which is a mechanical system with a movable double trolley and hinged booths connected to it. At the same time, the booths participate in translational impulse movement. During the development of the model of the attraction, made according to the scheme of the vibration motor, the following stages were performed.
1. Selection of the initial conditions for the movement of the pendulum vibration motor trolley. The mode of starting the movement of the cart with the release of the deflected pendulum and the presence of a fixed support (one-way connection that prevents the movement of the cart in the direction of the initial deflection of the pendulum) of the cart from the side of the initial deflection of the pendulum.
2. Selection of design versions of the main parts of the pendulum vibration motor. A version corresponding to the desktop layout of the attraction under study was adopted, using elements of a toy truck (a frame with a rear bumper and wheel pairs). Materials used in the simulation: wheels made of plastic, a body with a wooden mast, a pendulum and a cabin made of steel.
3. Simulation of parts and assembly model of the attraction cabin. The models of the seat and table for the interior of the cabin were developed. The door [1] and the suspension option [2] for the cab were selected: to practice the skills of data exchange between applications, as well as scaling assembly fragments.
4. General layout of the attraction model, using a linear array to organize a row of six booths.
5. Development of a kinematic assembly model, formation of the problem of analyzing the movement of a mechanical system, checking the compliance of the dimensions of the hinges (as calculation elements) with their structural designs. The initial angle of deflection of the pendulum is 45 degrees.
6. Simulation of motion in different modes, creation of photorealistic image and video files based on the results of motion analysis.
