Want to 3d print some organizers but don't want 2kg of filament to do it?
I designed some organizers for us.
Since you need 17 faction boxes I prioritized:
1)Ease of print: My fans broken, I'm running PLA on random settings with 0.4 nozzle. Only requirement is a properly leveled bed (barely any drag on paper)
2) Speed of print: 54 Minutes with Lid for faction box, walls are 2 fast layers, no zigzag infill (except some details on lid). No big details that require more than 2 wall thickness or infill. Took me 2 days to print them all.
3) Low cost. 9g for the boxes you need 17 of and 32 grams for the planet box you need 1 of.
4) Convenience: All tokens are nicely organized and angled, cards fit ontop. All faction planets and faction planet cards (and Mecatol Rex) are in one box that fits inside the stock insert. Just give each player their small box and find the cards from the planet box.
5) Durability and feel: Boxes are sturdy enough with double walls and thin floors for the purpose and lids won't come undone on their own. Some adjustment may be needed depending on how it prints but so far tolerances are enough for it to handle. I also tried to make it so the planet hexes and faction cards have enough support and low enough tolerance so they don't get damaged or worn from friction. Hopefully.
I hope this makes your TI4 more organized and faster to set up!
