Minimalist home with loft + Roof garden

Objective: Design a house on a small plot and yet feature a garden and a parking lot. A One-bedroom house for two, featuring a small living room + TV, elementary kitchen, bedroom with toilet + shower included. Plot of land is just less than 80 square meters. Total inner area is 47.44 m2. Despite small size, there is ample parking space back under the loft, greenery on both sides of the parking lot and a roof garden on the walk-around balcony and roof. Design was meant to look like a cubic version of a cliff covered with greenery. Design is irregular in style and asymmetric, to look appealing. The left-hand model is an “outer shell”, showing external dimensions and appearance. It features the parking lot, the greeneries at three levels (upper-roof garden not displayed here), and the walk-around balcony. The right one is one proposed floor plan showing the four cubes making-up the building.
