General Description
A simple stand for painting miniatures with 1" (25mm) diameter round bases (e.g. Warhammer 40k).
There are two variants for the base: with and without grooves. Choose the one you like best.
What you also need: A small rubber band. Some glue (optional).
Note: This might not be suitable for some tall or bulky miniatures. The maximum miniature height this can accommodate is approximately 45mm including the base.
Printing
The base should be printed with supports.
I also recommend printing the hand rest lying flat on its side.
Assembly
Print one of the bases and the hand rest.
Pressure-fit or glue the long end of the hand rest into the base.
Add the rubber band.
Usage
