This is the second puzzle I designed. This puzzle is slightly larger than the first Mini Puzzle I designed, measuring about 30 mm x 40 mm. Each piece started as a full-sized block shape, in 5 mm-increments. I then measured 0.150 mm inside of each side to make a border that is 0.150 mm thick around every piece. I then removed that small area outside the measurements, making the parts of the pieces that stick out slightly thinner, and the pieces that are inward, wider. I found that 0.150 mm makes the pieces fit together wonderfully. No pressure or any force needed, but no big spaces either. Then I made each piece 5 mm tall. It's a pretty basic puzzle, with only 7 pieces; 3 more pieces than my first puzzle. I hope you enjoy this puzzle if you make one, And would love to see it if you did!
