The Australian Mini Moke (circa 1978) and the HQ Holden One Tonner (Ute) were fitted with a unique square tail lamp assembly.
Four globes/filaments existed in the Moke variant of these tail lights where as the HQ variant only had three.
Indicator Light
Parking Light
Brake Light, and
Reverse Light
These tail lights can no longer be sourced as a new part and the backing plates are renowned for melting, fatiguing, perishing or generally wearing out.
I have two back-plate models uploaded here to fit the original tail light lenses:

A copy of the original style smiley-face backing plate (drill your own holes and DIY globes), with a modification to a more contemporary metric bolts for fixing it to the vehicle.

A new LED variant designed to take four DIN-rail style globe holders of a measurement of 55mm long by 16mm wide. These are commonly known as an 'FS-101 Fuse holder' (55mm x 16mm) which will firmly click into place with a bit of brute force an ignorance. You can then add your globe of choice to these.
You may like to prime and paint your prints if you would like to give them some extra weather resistance.
