Mini F Series Clutch Stop by Mini_Tinkering

In a manual car most clutch pedals can be depressed way past the biting point of the clutch which means you waste time and energy pressing the pedal further than you really need to. A clutch stop will stop the pedal from going any further than it needs to which can reduce shift times and make the whole car nicer to drive even if you're not worried about shift times.
I designed this clutch stop to replace the original one with no extra modification to the car so the installation is totally reversible.
This object should be printed in a flexible material like TPU or nilon. Some printers struggle at printing fine details with flexible filament so I added an "easy print" version which should be easy for any printer to handle. This second version doesn't replace the factory clutch stop but must be stuck to the back of the pedal where the arm meets the clutch stop.
IMPORTANT :
The biting point of the clutch can differ from one car to the next but there is a sensor in master cylinder which the car uses to determine whether the clutch pedal is depressed enough to start the engine and to rev-match (yes your F Series MINI has auto rev-matching !).
I designed this clutch stop to the tolerance of this sensor so in theory you shouldn't have any problems. If the car refuses to start the engine once you have installed the clutch stop it means that it is too big and needs to be shaved down before trying again.
Any feedback on the design and it's dimensions will be greatly appreciated and taken into account for improvements if necessary.
PRINTTING TIPS :
This part will be subjected to high compression so the denser it is, the better it will last. 100% infill with a plain infill pattern is ideal to get a solid object.
