Hacks-all your Milwaukee M12 Cordless Flashlight with an LED "drop in" module.
Print two adapters and sandwich the light module in the middle. Unsolder the old bulb holder and solder in the drop in module. Double check the polarity. Also, beware some drop in modules do not support 12-13V.
These old incandescent bulb flashlights are on clearance at home depot for $15 or so. http://www.homedepot.com/p/Milwaukee-M12-12-Volt-Battery-Xenon-Work-Light-49-24-0145/202043578

The second set has tighter tolerances.
