Method feeder V2 by Radyyyy

New version of the method feeder, which brought up all the ailments I came up with last season.
The feeder is newly divided into two parts:
1) Feeder_top
the upper part of the feeder can be printed with any material
2) Feeder_bottom_xxx
suggests printing with ABS. The holes intended for screwing to the upper part are artificial, a little larger affect the very property of ABS.
The connection of the two two parts is then designed using M3 screws (I personally used M3x5). In total, it is possible to connect both parts in 4 places. All you have to do is connect it to 2. The other two holes are intended only in case the prints are not so successful and is needed to eliminate spaces between prints.
I printed the feeder_top and feeder_bottom_xxx feeder itself using a 0.4 nozzle and a layer height of 0.28. The lower part of the feeder is designed for printing with ABS and for direct lead casting. For successful casting without deformation / minimal deformation of the printout, the lead must be cast quickly and immediately cooled to a solid state with a spray so that the lead is no longer liquid on the surface - then quickly thrown into a bucket of water for complete solidification.
There are several possible weights:
1) Small - approx. 10-15 g
2) Medium - approx. 25 g - 30 g
3) Large - I estimate 40g +
4) Extra large - I estimate 60g +
At the same time, thanks to the experience from the first version, I was able to process lead casting, where the lead can be cast more accurately in terms of weight. Personally, I cast 20+ pcs of 'medium' feeder in a weight of various 24-29g, which I consider the first green to be a great success.
Another feature is the feeder mold itself. There are two printing options:
1) Feeder_form_A
printing of molds using flexi material (I did not try)
2) Feeder_form_B_bottom and Feeder_form_B_top
serves as a mold for casting molds using silicone. Tried and the creation itself subtle vision in the attached photos. The only thing I might complain about is too much softness - but even for that, I was sometimes happy.

Nová verze method feeder krmítka u které byly vychytány všechny neduhy na které jsem během minulé sezóny přišel.
Nově je krmítko rozděleno na dvě časti:
1)Feeder_top
horní část krmítka možné vytisknout libovolným materiálem
2)Feeder_bottom_xxx
navrženo na tisk pomocí ABS. Díry určené pro sešroubování s horní částí jsou umýslně trochu větší kvůli samotným vlastnostem ABS.
Spojení obou dvou dílů je poté navrženo pomocí šroubů M3 (osobně jsem použil M3x5). Celkově je možné oba díly spojit na 4 místech. Stačí ovšem spojit pouze na 2. Zbylé dvě díry jsou určeny pouze pro případné né tak povedené tisky, kdy dochází k větším vůlím mezi výtisky.
Samotné krmítko feeder_top a feeder_bottom_xxx jsem tiskl pomocí trysky 0.4 a výškou vrstvy 0.28. Spodní část krmítka je navržena na tisk pomocí ABS a na přímé odlívání olova. Pro úspěšné odlití bez deformace/minimální deformace výtisku je třeba olovo rychle odlít a neprodleně pomocí rozprašovače ochladit do tuhého stavu olova tak, aby olovo nebylo již na povrchu tekuté - poté hodit rychle do kýble s vodou pro úplné ztuhnutí.
Je zde několik možných gramáží:
1) Small - cca 10-15g
2) Medium - cca 25g-30g
3) Big - odhaduji 40g+
4) Extra big - odhaduji 60g+
Zároveň jsem díky zkušenostem z první verze dokázal zjednodušit samotné odlívání olova, kdy se dá olovo, co se týče váhy, odlévat mnohem přesněji. Osobně se mi podařilo odlít 20+ ks 'medium' krmítek ve váze v rozmezí 24-29g, což považuji vůči první verzi za velký úspěch.
Další vychytávkou je samotná formička na krmítko. Jsou zde dvě možnosti tisku:
1) Feeder_form_A
vytisknutí formičky pomocí flexi materiálu (nezkoušel jsem)
2) Feeder_form_B_bottom a Feeder_form_B_top
slouží jako forma na odlití formičky pomocí silikonu. Vyzkoušeno a samotný výtvor jemožné vidět na přiložených fotkách. Jediné co bych možná mohl vytknout, tak je přílíš velká měkkost - ale i za to jsem byl občas rád.
