This is my first remix and was done with meshmixer as it was the only stl editing program I had. The file worked out well enough for my keyboard that I thought I might as well upload it even though it might not be perfect. Sorry the file size is so large, I ended up having to make the model 'solid' in meshmixer which dramatically increased the file size.
Changes from the original split keyboard case models:
Made the opening a couple mm wider, so the XD64 PCB would fit in the case with a little room to spare.
Added the missing screw mount to the left hand model, the one that sits on the rib near the left wall.
Increased the height of the walls to rise a bit over the plate.
Added a rectangular hole in the bottom of the case to allow access to the programming button on the bottom of the PCB. Hopefully it will also clear the PCB's that have a dip switch bank in the same location but I could not test it.
Note that the underside surface mount RGB LED's on my PCB were sitting on one of the bottom support ribs. I took a rotary tool and ground away enough material for the LED's to clear. The case is still plenty strong after doing this, printed at 20% infill. Different PCB's may not have the same issue.
Note that the right hand file is slightly taller than the left. It was the best I could do with meshmixer and is so slight that it isn't noticeable to me when the halves are joined together. I should have downloaded an actual 3D design program to do it properly but I wanted to see what I could accomplish with meshmixer.
