I had lots of plywood lying around and didn't want to waste unnecessary filament on a completely printed masterspool. About 54 grams of PLA are needed.
Three wood screws 3.5 x 15 mm, three threaded rods M4 x 22 mm and 4 nuts M4 are needed.

On the bottom side, the wooden disk is screwed with 3.5 x 15 mm screws.
On the top side a 22 mm long threaded rod M4 is screwed in, so that it still looks up 11 mm, then the upper wooden disk with the knobs can be screwed in place.
Drive the nut into the knob with the hammer.
The threaded rods can be easily made from screws for cabinet handles - just saw off the head.

Ich hatte noch jede Menge Sperrholz herumliegen und wollte nicht unnötig viel Filament für eine komplett gedruckte Masterspool verschwenden. Es werden ca. 54 Gramm PLA benötigt.
Es werden drei Holzschrauben 3,5 x 15 mm, drei Gewindestäbe M4 x 22 mm und 4 Muttern M4 benötigt.
Mein Sperrholz war 5 mm stark ...

An der Unterseite wird die Holzscheibe mit 3,5 x 15 mm Schrauben verschraubt.
Auf der Oberseite wird ein 22 mm langer Gewindestab M4 herein gedreht, so das er noch 11 mm weit heraufschaut, dann kann die obere Holzscheibe mit den Knöpfen festgeschraubt werden. Die Mutter mit dem Hammer in den Knopf einschlagen.
Die Gewindestäbe lassen sich leicht aus Schrauben für Schrankgriffe herstellen - einfach den Kopf absägen.

Achtung! Bitte das Filament so einlegen, das die Knöpfe nicht mit der Halterung der Rolle verklemmen. Siehe Bild.
