Centered around a Hv multiple frequency Tesla Magnifying transmitter propagating electromagnetic waves to shield from radiation and act as a barrier to the high electrostatic charge (plasma) to allow a controlled atmosphere to be established.As well as a communications system if needed in case of emergency situation. the housing and building accomadations are military barrack style buildings but differ in that they of polymer make, allowing them to be inflated for quick and easy installation as well as for transporting. When they erected they harden to a fiberglass or carbon fiber like dexterity as well as self insulated. The pond has a liner of the same stuff the buildings are made of, the established atmosphere heats the grounds frozen water up and the precipitation filled the pond.The Tesla coil can be run as an ionizer to help induce nitrates into the soil for the moss turf and bit of gardening. Underground bunkers are in place for storage of mass food supply and for radiation protection if the Tesla transmitter goes down. Hopefully in the near future two towers can be established on the poles of Mars and a magnetosphere can be artificially produced for the entire planet, the co2 ice fields will help establish a bit of an atmosphere once melted, hopefully starting a warming train reaction for the planet and the inductance and resonance of the transmitters along with the a slow warming and formation of an atmosphere will help induce the planet into kickstarting its own magnetosphere.
