Magnetic stand-off clamp for model builders that use a magnetic building board.

They are listed as "0.770" (19.56mm) long x 0.593" (15.06mm) wide x 0.118" (3mm) thick". Use two sandwiched together in place of the above latch magnets if you can't find the originals.
The arm is threaded for a M4 screw thread but there is enough material there to rethread it to any reasonable size. The lever arm slides into the slotted bracket. This setup can produce a lot of downward force.
