DO NOT ATTEMPT TO USE THESE BLADES ON A MODEL HELICOPTER!!!
These rotor blades are designed exclusively for use with RC model Autogyros. Always observe all safety precautions when operating RC Models and NEVER fly where there could be any danger to persons or animals, including yourself!!!!
These blades are designed to be a general blade with a 60 mm Chord and a minimum length of 450 mm but I have included 50, 100 and 200 mm sections so that the blades could be extended by adding distance pieces as required.
I tested these blades no my CraneFly and they flew great but that was at 450 mm length, I have NOT tested longer blades so please use extreme caution if you do lengthen them.
These blades should be printed in sets of 2 or 3 with the trailing edges places very close together in your slicer so that all 2 or 3 sections print joined together to prevent poor print quality at the top of the print as shown in the picture.
You MUST use a Glass Fibre rod as a spar (dia. 4 mm) and plumbers lead solder can be SECURELY glued into the tunnel in the tip section if required, USE CAUTION and ensure that the weights are SECURELY glued in.
If you are using a GRP plate style rotor head use the angled button if using a Delta 3 style hinged head use the Rounded Root buttons. If you have trouble getting the blades to spin-up increase the negative angle of attack using shims.

Enjoy
Many thanks to Joe for producing this assembly video:-https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rriF7evRdF0&t=33s
It is actually for the smaller blades but you will get the picture.
Enjoy the blades but please STAY SAFE, RC Auto Gyros are NOT toys, treat them with respect.
