I had noticed the jerky behavior in unspooling filament during prints on my Lulzbot Mini, so I was glad when I came across the thing this is based on. However, the inner diameter of the filament spools I used was smaller. I created this design to use it on these spools (inner diameter ~38mm)
Printed without supports in ABS. Tested on the factory spool arm and ~38mm interior diameter spools.
UPDATE, 24-Mar-2016 : Added version with a flange. The idea is to prevent vibrations from causing bushing to shift and spool to slip off of one end.
