I remixed the original to have larger holes and gaps, but my dial indicator didn't have a long enough leg to reach the bed. I tweaked it so that it would reach with my specific device. If your dial indicator has a long leg, use the other one posted below. This one only has the 9.5mm hole, but the Fusion 360 source file has been uploaded in case you want to make adjustments.
Don't use this as your primary source of leveling. I'd recommend using the feeler gauge/paper method to get it pretty closed, then use this to fine tune it. Trust me, it'll save you a ton of time. It uses an M3x15-20mm bolt and M3 nut. I only had 20mm bolts, but 15mm should be plenty.
Also, this mount is for dials that do not have the back plate with mounting holes (for traditional use). If yours has the mounting holes on the back, there are plenty of other great mounts already made on thingiverse.
