3rd try to post and needing to rewrite... Arrrg.
Made for Logitech C615 for Ender 5 2020 rail.
four to six m3x25 screws and nuts (nylon preferrably) to clamp plates together (doesn't need to be tightened very much)
two m5x8 screws and t-nuts to secure to 2020 style aluminum extrusion.
A standard knob is optional, such as that found on https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2714362 (I recommend stopping print at ~95% to make printed threads shorter)
