This CubeSat frame is constructed from three different components joined together by 520 individual locking biscuits.

Advantages of this frame design:
1) Allows all components of this CubeSat Frame to be quickly printed at the same time in a small & short footprint (28.6cm X 13.8cm X 1cm).
2) Multiple CubeSat frames can be printed at the same time.
3) All parts of this design can be printed piecewise on 3D printers with very small print areas (5cm X 5cm X 1cm).
4) Modular frame is composed of only four types of components: 1. Corner Block End (8), 2. Ambidextrous Corner Block (32), 3. End Internal Transition (8), 4. Biscuit 1.0 (520)
5) Reduces the possibility of warping or twisting that can occur in large, thin &/or flat 3D printed parts by eliminating them.
6) Held together by universal twelve point locking system.
7) These four basic components can be used to construct a 1U, 2U, or 3U CubeSat Frame.
8) Includes 18 built-in attachment points for each aluminum rail.

Disadvantages of this frame design:
1) High Part Count: 568 components in basic 1U frame.
2) Assembly required.

3D Printing Method: Fused Deposition Modeling

Construction Material: ABS or Nylon
