This Lithophane's structure are the best structure (or simple) in thingiverse (today), so enjoy!
The structure is made for panels SIZE 130x3mm (but you can escalate it for the size that you want). It is calculate with a security valour of +1mm (131x4mm). *this valour will change according your settings and printing
The assembly is very easy, you will only need to see the pictures and your intuition and maybe you will need glue (for oranges parts only except Top panel if you want change the lithophanes in a future), that will depend of your settings and printing but I recommend put it.
You must read the "post-printing", maybe will be IMPORTANT to you.
And don't forget click Like/Made if this has been useful to you ;)
Note: be carefull with the light's heat. Especially if you use PLA, if the lamp is to near of lithophane, it will deformed it. I recomend LED or 9W max.
Note2: I recommend not to print the litho in flat position. The resolution is so better if you print it vertical. You only need use PLA with 7mm brim. If you see problems with halls, you can modificy the picture before in your computer make it more dark.
Update 7/06/17: I have upload a new lower panel version to adapt a G9 lights. They are the best lights to this lamp so if you want one, I recommend to you this new version.
UPDATE 22/11/17: re-design the corners and boths Lower Panels to improve some problems with resistence of the corners. They have now wider walls.
IN ADITTION: you must put when you created the lithophane around 2.98mm thickness because of sometimes, like Slic3r, make the litho with +0.2-0.3 mm higher, so with 3.3mm thickness you will have problems to assembly.
UPDATE 13/12/2017: re-design the Top panel to improve the look of the top lithophane.
UPDATE 25/01/2018: tested with the Aliexpress bulbs and works perfectly!
UpDATE 19/04/2018: re-desing "lower panel G9". Now you need less plastic to print it and it is enoough strong too.
UPDATE 24/11/2019: improvements measures in parts to be easy the assembliment. And I have added a assemblied structure ready to be print. No recommend, because if you break a corner, you will lose all plastic.
